Artist Statement

"The Tent of Thought Where I Shelter" by Diane Pike

Memories of experiences from a stay in the South of France last summer kept appearing in my dreams after I returned home. Trapping the swirling thoughts that swim through my memory vault and translating them into paint created a visual scrapbook of my dreams in this pastel I titled In The Tent Of Thought Where I Shelter.
